After no less than 6 complaints over the past 1 and a half years, my Kenmmore Elite washing machine still smell musty and moldy. Once the service tech cleans residue build-up around the inner drum liner, the smell goes away for a while only to return later. Today my husband yelled down "why does this towel stink?" He now understands what I have been complaining about. Thanks to this, Bob Vila's forum, I am finding I am not the only one with this problem. I am going to call Sears again and this time ask for it to be replaced. I have done everything the tech has asked me to, including upgrading my soap, but I still have the problem. By the way, I deal with Sears because in the past they have always come through. Kelly
