Have received a bill from Handyman Club of America for $23.78 from March 27, 1997........

We have a new house, not much handyman stuff necessary.

Maybe we did get a free issue and cancel? Maybe but who can remembver 7 years ago????

Not paying until I see something in writing with my signature.

Anyone have a phone number, 800?????
