In response to lack of gas to Kenmore Range. Sears had an owners manual...there's a lock out safety feature in the event of power failure. Press and hold the button with the range icon and picture of a lock for 5 seconds. That will enable or disable the lock out feature. Works the same for the oven. Good luck.
