The wallpaper in my kitchen is loose and peeling my problem is that we didnt put a primer coat under the wallpaper so the glue isnt coming off and if i try to force it I'm destroying the drywall. Is there some way I can just remove the top coat of paper and use something to smooth out the uneven junk left on the wall so I could just paint.
