My home was built in 1940 and as badly damaged as the walls are I have almost decided to start over with drywall. I have already researched and properly retored the living room walls and ceiling and 1 year later am already seeing minor cracks. So, with the rest of the house I was thinking about either tearing out all the plaster and putting up drywall or drywalling over the plaster. Any suggestions, warnings, comments??....
