icemaker problem - all the cubes freeze into 1 mass

My icemaker appears to be working correctly however the ice cubes all freeze into 1 big clump. There does nopt appear to be any gaps or leaks in the seals and it produces the ice ok. it just all clumps together and cubes cannot be seperated
