Our Neptune is less that 3 years old. They have already replaced the door seals which turned black with mold after about a year. It is currently turning black again. My problem is the smell. I originally thought it was the dog.
But after I figured out where it was coming from, it is a product that should be recalled or fixed properly. If you leave washed clothes in the washer when the cycle finishes for even 5 minutes, they smell too. What is this doing to our health???? I too bought this machine because I thought I was buying a trouble free machine. NEVER AGAIN WILL I OWN A MAYTAG PRODUCT!!!
