i have several fish tanks and i see these little black flies in the filter, are these sewer flies? what can i do to get rid of them, i clean the filters regularly. also, do they lay eggs or reproduce in the water, because i see small organisms in my frog tank, i am unsure whether i have tadpoles or sewer flies. thank-you
