How can I fix my toliet, it does not flush properly do I have to change the guts on the inside of the toliet or do I have to replace the whole toliet. Also is there some kind of chemical I can use to put in the toliet to break up the calcium build up in the toliet jets in the bowl? I guess that's what you call them.
