I had a roommate that won't return my personnal belonging and I really don't want anymore problem from this women. I valued my belonging at or around 5,000.00 and I'm taking her threw small claims court for that amount as well. Can I legally do that if the judge grant me that movement of return of my personnal property. I know I have 2 year to file this motion and but several thing are missing like my car she had removed off the property, plus she used my visa card and withdrew money of my bank account sinking me in the hole as well. Am I making the right decision.
