Hi, I'm have problems with my garage door opener, when the tempature goes 35 degrees or below the door dosen't want to shut it goes down to the first section and then it goes back up I have to keep playing with it until I get it shut, it does that at every section. The opener is atleast 10 years old. I put a new aluminum door on it last fall and ever since that I been having the problems. When it's warm out it works great. Any suggestion please?
