My magtag neptune is 4 years old and is broken again. 1.5 years ago, the control board had to be replaced. Now the machine doesn't advance through it's cycles anymore, I have to come back every seven minutes to push the start button to get a load of wash done, and even with doing this, I am not totally sure if it is really rinsing and spinning correctly. I called the service dept and they told me to rinse it with vinegar. I have run it through 5 times and it is still not working. I too thought I was investing extra money in quality and reliability. It was an expensive mistake and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MAYTAG PRODUCT AGAIN.
