Tracy, shut off power to light/outlet first. Remove the wall. See what type of box is there for the devices and if possible, if there is enough slack move them to where you want it. If the boxes need changing or wires need extending - Call an Electrician or someone familiar with electrical work. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
