Please contact the Georgia Attorney General at 404-651-8600. It is quite possible that they will act if they get enough complaints. The Attorney General in New York did so in 2002-2003 and got $300,000 back for a dozen or more customers. I contacted the CPA for Beaver Floor in Atlanta and Tracie said there are almost 100 people waiting for refunds. There must be even more people who are not on that list! It is safe to guess that Beaver Floor owes almost $1 million! The Attorney General will certainly act if enough people file a complaint! Please do so!
