You can print the complaint form right off the State of Georgia's web page. You can also fax a complaint to Eddie Garren at 404-656-7724. He is well aware of the shady business Neal and the little beavers are running.
The total of the last court order was $720,000 due to the consumers who filed with James Morrissey. Remember, the figure is based upon 83 cents on the dollar, not the full amount that is due to the consumers. This settlement is for consumers only. It does not include the VENDORS/SUPPLIERS that have been victimized by Neal as well.
So for those of you fortunate consumers who did receive a floor.....consider this before your recommend BeaverFloor/EarthFloor....the floor you received from Beaverfloor was probably obtained from a supplier who did not get paid.
Just from the group of consumers on the last NY suit and the few vendors I know of, it's at least a million dollars that Neal has taken. Maybe that's how he's pays for his house on Lake Lanier.
