Sno-blower

Picked up a sno blower,only name on it is Sno-Trac,8-26,which is a 8HP,26 in cut,its a 2 stage with an 8HP Tehcumseh motor,Plate on blower is-Model#319-821-502,serial# 214400, 5 speed forward,2 reverse,red in color,electric start,14 IN. blower, anyone know whow made this and what yr would it be.Engine has a broken con rod,ordered one-$45.00.
