Ther seems to be a leak coming from the drain. The leak appears to be behind the sheet metal. #1 How do you get inside it? There are 2 screws that you have less than 1/4 in to work with and I know if i took them out, I would not be able to get them back in. Of course this doesnt happen until friday night at 10pm so there is nothing i can do until Monday.
Is this going to cause major damage as it is also 7 degrees outside and I NEED heat.
