I live in northern new york. at this time it is just above 0 degrees. I just flushed my toilet. and the water in the tank did not fill up all the way. I added more water via a pitcher up to the water fill line. The toilet flushed but did not fill back up again. I tried adjusting the lift chain but that did not help either. Please help with suggestions.
