Paul, I had my 20x45 home releveled and the (licensed) contractor added 28 piers and pads last week. Yesterday, I noticed that 2 of them are bearing no weight (I can shake them with a gentle push) and many of the other piers have their clamps screwed up 3 inches high. Does this mean the contractor ripped me off?
The washing machine also still shakes some of the house but I expected some from vibration because I have a high spin front loader.
