I installed a new Autocirc under the kitchen sink in Dec. 01. It HAS NEVER given me hot water at the kitchen sink. To-day I ran the pump manually. The pipes remained cold and after two minutes it switched off.
This was a sizeable investment for nothing.
I have just written to Laing for advice which i will share with you if it is useful.
