Sudhir, what brand of opener do you have? Most openers have adjustment screws that control up/down travel, sensitivity, and force. Check your owner's manual for info on these (if you still have it). Check the rollers to make sure that one (or more) haven't jumped a track, check the hinges on the door making sure all nuts are tightened (just had this happen to me). Post back up with more details, the more details the better.
