Hey thnx for the tips, we have a difficult situation the basement is not a real basement I guess you could say. All the walls with the electricall and all are all finished wallpapered and what not and the room that im wanting to inclose is already a seperate area that just needs a wall and a door. Gee i wish i could explain this better, hehehehe. I just needed the remanding walls drywalled. I wish i could shooot the last homeowner, hehehe. Looks like we will have it done in the next few weeks so im kind of excited then i can order up some new carpet and get rid of the ugly orange stuff they had installed, lol.
