My 1 yr old chain drive garage door opener does not work when the outside temperature goes below 5 degrees. When you try to open the door it only goes up about 5 / 6 inches then stops. On about the third attempt to open the door it goes up. When the temperature goes up the door works fine again. I have tried to increase the up force but, this has not helped.
