Thanks for your response to my question. My water problem is not due to gutters/rain, but from the water table. I had all gutters diverted away from the house by 100 ft and the patio is caulked. I have a patio over half of the house and an entry door/steps over another part. How do I get around these items without destroying them? Believe me, I would rather correct this from the outside, not the inside.
