a purchase of a new lennox oil furnace

I presently own an 8 year old 100,000 btu ducane oil furnace which just blew the heat exchanger, dealer trying to talk me into a new lennow model,instead of replacing the heat exchanger, saying how great they are, any one know if it,s a good choice for replacing my old one ?
