As far as I know there is no reasonable way to re-porcelain a sink. My bathtub was in horrible shape and it's really built in. I ended up painting it with epoxy bathtub paint and was real impressed with the results. Unfortunately I didnt fix the leaky faucet and the epoxy didnt like that. That paint is readily available and it sure looks like porcelain, just dont let it get dripped on.
