Leaky basement

I have three corners of my home down in the basement that are wet, one closet keeps molding and the carpet is no good. In another room at the other end of my house most of the carpet is wet in large spots. I live in a raining state, I notice the wet and moldy carpet in the fall and winter mostly. What do I do to fix this problem?
