Heavy duty garagedoor opener.

I am living in Norway, and I bought the door-opener in Houston in 1979.
The opener has been excellent until now. The composite or plastic pinion or Toothed drive wheel is damaged or worne out.
Can you please help me with a new weel, or tell me how to get it.
I dont have any part no. of it.
