is ok if undisturbed, give good maintanance like paint every 10 years and it will last forever and not harm anyone

if your pulling it off the house, wear a full tryvek envernomintl suit with hood, gloves, tape the openings and a abestos rated dustmask,

dont let little kids play around the work area, keep windows shut, common sense stuff
