My house has a vaulted catherdal ceiling and I noticed this stain forming on the ceiling. I do not have an attice above the ceiling.
I believe it maybe casued from a leak on the roof or near the chiminey. Any ideas on how to determine where the leak actually is coming from? on the process of repairing the ceiling. (The statin is 3" wide and about 12" inches.
