Maytag Corporate replaced our 2 year old Neptune with a model 6500 which they said they have had
"less" problems with. They also tried to blame it on us for using Tide Free. I dont see how the detergent can be the problem when we always set the machine to rinse twice. The difference in smell in our house is amasing now.
I will never buy another Maytag product again. This Neptune should be recalled.
