You should get good information from the manufacturer regarding beam dimensions and load bearing capability. My thought on this is you will be required to obtain permits that include an engineer sign-off. In addition to the frame design, the load calculations to the foundation will need to be presented as well. You would be ahead of the game, just to go ahead and have your plans reviewed and stamped by a PE, making any revisions he recommends before submitting the plans to the building department for permits. The PE review and recommendations will be more useful than anything we could suggest here, and may include manufacturer specifications for beams, but you would save time by just biting the bullet and getting a proper plan review.
