Here is another solution. Have a Drain on the OUTSIDE, beyond the patio, and other fixtures,a complete circle of the basement is the best way. if there is no natural grade ,and it is the water table, lead french drain through most convenient path to inside and sump pump. Water tables can be diverted only on sloped grades, without a pump.
