I remodeled a 1920's frame house with original wood windows. Insulated the attic, painted inside and outside, caulked window/doors to seal out air, replaced exterior doors with energy efficient self sealing doors, some windows were caulked and sealed. Now that it is winter, the condensation is so bad that it is discoloring the new paint. It is worse on the windows caulked and sealed. It is even running down on the wall. Any suggestions on what can be done? I have been told by storm window representatives that storm windows may not solve the problem.
