Hi ... I've been looking for parts to repair my Tappan Fab 400 electric oven

The model & serial numbers are located on a tag on the frame of the larger of the 2 ovens. What I'm looking for is the sensor (heat) that's in the middle of the large burner. With out it the burner doesn't work .. I searched your site and the Model number doesn't work.
