2 coats latex like ben moores latex, apply with 3/8" nap roller and a paint stick to help you reach.....2 coats. follow directions on can
dont get paint at home depot, it really poor quality. shop your local paint store
BTW i never hear styrofoam ceiliing, sounds very flamible and dangerious. i assume its regulat ceiling tiles your just thinking its styrofoam. if indeed its styrofoam that someone put up there, i would replace with regular ceiling tiles . styrofoam is highly flamible, remember that roade island night club fire last year was styrofoam, 50 people die
