I am stripping 2 layers of paper with the layer underneath being primed. It is miserable. MISERABLE I'm telling you! I have tried DIF, the Paper Tiger, vinegar, a steamer and it has been a tedious aggravating job. Let me know if you get any info that makes this a less painfull process.
