Comfortmaker gas furnace

I have a comformaker gas furnace ... The burner will shut off 3 time during a heating cycle..Why?? I can remove the hose from the pressure relief vale and drain about a teaspoon of water(condensation) out of it and it will work fine for about a week then same thing starts happening again.. I had a furnace man out after draining the hose so it was working fine and he couldn't help me...please advise
