funny i just finished cleaning my carpets again.you see i have three dogs.ok? you need a pretreat product that contains enzymes.then if you don't have an extraction cleaning machine,blot the area with white terycloth towels.press down on the towel with your foot to wick out as much as you can.if you do purchase an enzyme cleaner mix with warm water only.hot will kill off the organisms but you read the directions.dont soak with soap and water you will make more of a stain than you have now.
