I'm experiencing a real problem with settling cracks appearing in the corners of the upstairs level of my 5 year old home. I live in Alaska and assume the cracks are caused by the cold of winter but I'am unsure. As well I 'm getting interior walls that are starting to warp. What would cause such damage? The builder of the home is very reputable and comments that it's normal. A professional second opinion would be greatly appreciated.
