The worst appliance I have ever purchased. It just came up with more problems this week. It will not pump in hot water and is leaking water when in use. I have had many things go wrong with it. I think it does a lousy job cleaning clothes and even though I use less soap it needs double rinsing and still leaves soap residue and my whites are not white. I will no longer have it repaired. I have to go buy a new washer after having spent 1,000 cash on a new neptune just 4 years ago. Buyers beware!
