Settling cracks/warped walls

I'm experiencing cracks in the corners of the upper
level of my two story home. I'm told they're settling
cracks. As well I have a wall on the upper floor starting
to warp. The home is only 5 years old and was built by
a reputable builder. What could possibly be my
problems? We haven't had pipes break to warp the walls
or any founation cracking to cause the corners to
crack. What should I look for and how can I repair the
problems.
