Building A Room On My Mobile Home

I want to build a 14-14 or 16-16 romm on my moblie home but don't know excatly which would be best material wise. And don't know what all materials I would need. Nor do I know how to start the foundiation. HELP ! PLEASE HELP!!!
I have a new grandbaby coming in April that will be living with me. I have to get busy.
