Cleaning Honed Granite & Limestone

We just had green honed granite counters installed in our kitchen, and tan colored limestone floors, shower walls, and counters installed in our bathroom. What's the best way to clean these? Can I use "normal" household cleaners, like 409? Should I just use mild soap and water? Is there something special I should use? Please advise!
