That the new faucets that were installed have a temp limit stop that is not fully adjusted. You can take the handle off and look for a white plastic looking gear that adjusts to the left to give you the hottest possible setting. If your not worried about scalding small children, then just remove the limit stop. If that fails to resolve the problem, call your plumber back fast, he may be packing for Florida.
