Mold

my girlfriend and i live in a small 2 room apartment, the shower is between the 2 rooms, black fuzzy mold is forming in and around the shower and under the cabinets, also in the wall betwween the 2 rooms, we've tried mold removers.(tilex, etc) comes right back, this is a 1 floor apt on cement slab(was an old car wash), we have a ceiling fan but becuase our neighbor (also the maintence man) says we cannot use the fan since it is loud and bothers him, lanloard says he will unplug it if we continue to use it, we do use occassionally when no one is around, but there is so much moisture in there i believe that is the cause of the mold, my girlfriend is experiancing rashes on her arms(white and red blotches) and i have constant headaches, we leave and once outside my headaches go away only to return when we come back home, landlord refuses to even listen to our complaints just to say you better not run that ceiling fan or i'll remove it, we want to move but cant right now, when spring gets here we'll probably just go live on the streets, cant seem to find any remedies for the moment just keep trying to clean the mold daily, going out of my mind,, any help??thank you so much, C
