paint removal from bathroom concrete walls

Please, Please, Please Help

Paint peeling away from some portions of the wall in my bathroom due to moisture from shower.

I have started to scrape the peeling paint but some areas are really tuff to remove.

I would like some advice on some products that could be used to help loosen the paint for easier removal.
