I am currently looking at buying an older house with a business attached. The house has an older looking Thermoflow Oil Furnace in it & the business has (2) Thermoflow Oil Furnaces in it that look like the same vintage.
Can anyone tell me if the older Thermoflow Oil Units are reliable or could this be a costly repair or replace bill down the road.
The units look like they could be 30 or 40 years old.
