You can cut the sheet with a straight edge and a sharp utility knife or carbide scribe .........support the sheet on scrap plywood and make repeated cuts...........
A table saw and rip fence make quick work of the project..........
You could align the sheet and plywood with a clamped wooden straight edge to guide a router w/straight bit to cut the laminate..........
