I just moved into a "new construction" condo building. Cigarette smoke and other "smells" from the adjoining unit come through the ventilation system directly into the one in which I live. The builder says that each unit has its own vent system and denies any possibility that such a thing could happen. We don't smoke. I know that something is wrong. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
